As PayPal has been experiencing technical difficulties over the past 48 hours, a few orders may not have yet been processed. PayPal has informed us that they are working to resolve this issue within the next 24 hours, and all delayed transactions will be processed within the same timeframe. If you made a purchase and haven’t received your confirmation email from us yet, your transaction may have been affected.

If you have made a purchase and have a question about your account, please include: the full name, email address, and transaction ID – as shown in your PayPal receipt (visible in your PayPal account, or the confirmation email from PayPal).
Recent changes to our server security settings by our hosting provider resulted in several broken sections on our site, including the download form for members.
