Bug Fixes – 29th November 2016

Today we discovered a bug that may cause to tool to incorrectly warn that it needs to be updated. A fix has been deployed – if you’re seeing a warning from the tool asking you to repeatedly download the latest tool, please navigate to the members page and download the latest copy.

This issue should then be resolved. If problems persist, please contact us.

MacOS Sierra Support Confirmed!

With the release of MacOS Sierra, we discovered a number of issues with some of the fundamental APIs our tool uses to manipulate the game. Over the past 2 weeks, we have been heavily beta testing fixes to address these issues.

With thanks to the members who helped during this beta testing phase, I’m pleased to announce that our MacOS Sierra-compatible hack for Call of Duty 4 is now publicly available to all customers.

If you’re still using an older version of the tool, it will now ask you to download the latest update. You can do so by going to the members page and entering your license details:

While we have eliminated all bugs to the best of our efforts, there may still be some issues in using the newest advantage tool. If you notice anything unusual, or have any questions or concerns, please contact us or speak to us on live chat.

MacOS Sierra compatibility with the advantage tool

Customers are advised to not yet upgrade to MacOS Sierra (10.12) if possible, as several users have reported issues that prevent them from using the tool at all.

We have already identified the root cause as well as a solution, although the complexity of the fix has added some unexpected delays. We’re working to complete the fix as soon as possible. If you’re unable to use the tool for any reason, please contact support or talk to us on live chat.

This post will be replaced once an update is available.

October 4th: we’re currently beta testing the latest fixes for MacOS Sierra users, see this article for more information.

October 15th: beta testing is complete, thank you to all members who were involved. The latest version is now on the download page.

Thank you to those who have submitted bug reports!
